TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY:  

 

1. PARTIES: The Terms and Conditions herein represent the AGREEMENT for NORA SINGSON CHUA, and YOU as the customer of NORA SINGSON CHUA

 

2. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT: To establish the Terms and Conditions governing YOUR access to NORA SINGSON CHUA's doorstep delivery of YOUR ordered PRODUCTS

 

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:  This is an online facility operated by Nora Chua which uses the Internet through SULIT.COM.PH as a means to transact business privately, confidentially, and discretely by means of delivering clients' order through their doorsteps.

 

I.             Gathering of Customer Specific Information for Cash on Delivery

1.1   Customers who are decided to purchase any product from  NORA CHUA through Cash-on-Delivery are hereby required to provide customer specific information such as COMPLETE NAME, EXACT ADDRESS, CONTACT DETAILS, CUSTOMER’S ORDER, PROOF OF BILLING and a copy of any IDs or identification of the CUSTOMER to be sent to e-mail  or through means of private messaging to chuanora@rocketmail.com

1.2   Customers who CANNOT or REFUSES to provide A COPY of any of his ID, proof of identification, and proof of billing are required to deposit first the whole amount (in cash, or in check) of his purchase to any of the (4) four bank accounts of NORA CHUA.

 

1.3   Gathering of Customer Specific Information is necessary for  NORA CHUA to successfully deliver customers order on the right person and exact delivery address.

 

1.4   This Gathering of Customer Specific Information is only applicable to new customers only, on special cases NORA CHUA is authorized to lessen and modify the requirements stated herein.

 

1.5   A Customer Specific information will remain PROPRIETARY and CONFIDENTIAL and will serve as a proof of customer’s acceptance of the Governing Rules and Regulations stated herein

II.         Rules and Regulations

2.1   Customer hereby agrees that delivery time allowance upon confirmation will take up to (3) three to (6) six working days upon confirmation of order based on the quantity, specificity, and difficulty of customer’s request.

 

2.2   Customer hereby agrees that confirmed orders or deliveries cannot be modified,  revised and cancelled after (2) two hours from the confirmation of order.

 

2.3   For rare cases that scheduled deliveries will be late due to bad weathers, calamities, time shortages, untracked destinations, force majeure and other valid reasons; customer hereby understands the situation and has no reason to cancel or forfeit the said order.

 

2.4 Delivery schedules will be based on exact dates given only. Delivery people cannot commit exact delivery time, they will deliver the item ANY TIME of the given delivery date. Customer hereby agrees to the terms of the delivery schedules and has no reason to cancel or forfeit the said order.

 

2.5 Customers who will be ordering Special Size or Custom size foams are hereby required to deposit full payment first before the processing of the special size or custom size foam order.

 

2.6 Minimum purchase per order for free delivery in Metro Manila is 3000 pesos above. Orders which are 3000 pesos below will have a minimum charge of 150 pesos only.

 

2.7  If the delivery failed to be executed during a period of (12) twelve consecutive working days, the customer has the right to cancel or forfeit his order.

 

2.8   After delivery and after receipt of the customer’s ordered item, customer is hereby required to deposit payment the same day to any of the (4) four of NORA CHUA’s bank accounts; (METROBANK 084-3-08431886-9, BANCO DE ORO 3860069149, BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS 0169-0052-81, and ALLIED BANKING CORPORATION 0131-1857-9) Failure of the customer to settle whole payment within a period of (2) two working days will have a penalty of two hundred pesos.

 

2.9   Customer cannot return the delivered item if the delivery truck and delivery staff has already left the customer’s premises, however customer has the right to reject his order if and only if;

2.9.1          The item delivered is damaged or is obviously an old stock

2.9.2          The item ordered is different from the delivered item

2.9.3          The delivery truck and delivery staff are still in the customer’s premises

 

3.0  Effectivity Clause- These TERMS AND CONDITIONS will take effect  immediately following in its publication in SULIT.COM.PH under the account of NORA CHUA (http://chuanora.sulit.com.ph)
